How can I pay with you?

To guarantee you a safe shopping experience, we offer you the following services: PayPal Express Checkout, credit and debit card payments with PayPal and Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct bank transfer. You can find details in our Terms & Conditions.

How do I find the right size in clothing?

Despite standardized size tables, clothes turn out differently. Not every piece of clothing always fits the same. It is crucial that you feel comfortable. You can see find the corresponding 'Size Chart' for each garment item in its product page. When in doubt, please feel free to get in touch for further clarifications.

How do I return an item?

The article does not fit, or does it not meet your expectations? No problem. Of course, you can return your new sportswear within 14 days, and we will refund the value of the goods as soon as possible, depending on the originally selected payment method. Simply use the return slip in the package. Refunds via wire transfer usually take more time. Further details on returns can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Can I cancel my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can use a link in the email to edit or cancel your order.

How does a 'coupon/discount' code work?

Simply type in the code in the relevant box during the checkout process to activate your discount.

Can I combine 'coupon/discount' codes?

Our shop system currently does not allow different voucher codes to be combined with one another.

Are prices visible on labels if I buy something as a gift?

Our prices cannot be seen on the label or on the enclosed delivery note. They are listed on the return slip though that comes with every parcel.

Production

Which seals have been awarded to your materials?

Seals serve as a guide for consumers. Unfortunately, we're yet to be certified by any relevant governing body. Although we as a label are still in our infancy, we have already prioritizing getting approval seals in the near future. We will keep you posted.

Where do you produce your goods?

Our production takes place in Sri Lanka. It's offers us a unique base with well established garment manufacturers to take advantage of for our yoga wear and other upcoming activewear collections, as well as an age-old cottage industry that consists of traditional craftspeople with a unique skill set handed down through generations.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver your products to?

Right now we are only delivering within Germany and Austria. But we are constantly looking to expand our coverage. We will update on our 'Journal' and social media feeds when we start delivering to other countries and regions.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free above €75. Smaller orders cost €5 shipping charges.

Do you offer pick up and collect?

The goods you purchase from our web store are shipped out from our warehouse in Ebenhausen through DHL. Pick and collect is therefore not possible.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently don't offer 'express shipping'. But we are doing everything we can to make sure your new Chin+Annie purchase will usually be with you in 1-3 working days, even without express delivery.

My goods are damaged or incomplete. How can I return?

We admit things might not work out perfect every time. But don't fret, just contact our customer service directly via customercare@chinandannie.com. We will help you as soon as possible and find a solution.
